REFLEXOLOGY

The aim of a Reflexology treatment is to focus on the root cause of a problem by clearing internal blockages and any resulting congestion which will encourage toxins to be released. 

The number of treatments recommended depends entirely on you as an individual and your specific needs although where possible, it is advisable to have regular weekly treatments initially until the body begins to balance itself and then moving to fortnightly, monthly or bi-monthly thereafter.

The benefits of regular Reflexology treatments are many, not least it can serve to simulate nerve function, eliminate toxins from the body, induce a deep state of relaxation, reduce stress, prevent recurring migraines, clean up urinary tract infections, speed up recovery time after surgery, relieve sleep disorders, assist during pregnancy, birth and postpartum, reduce symptoms of depression and ease the side effects from chemo and radiotherapy to name but a few.

Precision & Advanced Precision Reflexology

Advanced Precision Reflexology has similarities to Precision Reflex but with the advanced techniques,  we are combing foot massage with working specific links relating to the chakra system.   

These links resonate to the organs and glands of the body thus

making this a truly holistic and non invasive way of working on a deeply energetic yet subtle level!

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE 

Try an invigorating and deeply relaxing Indian Head Massage Treatment.

Incorporating Hot & Cold Stone, Warm Bamboo, Essential Oils and a Reiki Balance to finish and seal in the treatment.  

This 60 minute treatment is done whilst seated and includes massage to upper back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and to finish, 

a scalp and face (optional) massage!

HOT & COLD STONE FACIAL

Cleanse, Tone, Serum & Moisturise using the Beautiful,

This is a deeply relaxing Facial based on chakra alignment which includes neck, shoulder, arms and hands.
